We will ask to see your documents when you pick up the car:

In-office pickup
After the reservation, our specialist will hand over the vehicle at the office at Puerto Banus, Marbella

Delivery
If you would like to pick up the car directly at the airport or hotel, please let us know when booking and the car will be waiting at the indicated place.

Place of return
You can just return the vehicle to the same location from which you picked it up.

Preparation

We only charge the car rental fee indicated in the offer on our website. You will also need to pay a deposit when collecting the car. It will be refunded upon returning the car.

You can pay by bank transfer (all currencies), credit card, cash and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others). We issue a VAT invoice if you let us know at the time of booking.

A deposit is required with every rental, its amount can be found in the price list of the chosen vehicle. It is returned immediately after the end of the rental. You can pay it with a credit or debit card. The deposit is returned in full if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Otherwise, it is reduced by the equivalent of any damages or charges. Deposit may be higher depending on age, especially under 24 years old.

Yes, the car can be driven by anyone with a driving license. However, please remember to include the person in the contract as an additional driver already at the stage of booking.

High-performance vehicles require special care, to which we pay the greatest attention. Each vehicle is at most a few years old, fully insured, has an up-to-date technical inspection and is regularly serviced.

Among others, a child seat, extension of the mileage limit, Puerto Banús entry card. You can find all the extras and their prices on the subpage of the car you are interested in.

The length of the rental can be extended as well as shortened during the rental. To do so, please contact us using any form of contact.

Don't worry! If someone has been injured, first call the emergency services on 112. Move the vehicle to a safe place (e.g. the side of the road), as long as this does not danger its condition. Contact us and our specialist will transport the vehicle and arrange a replacement car for you.

You can use the vehicle not only in Marbella, but throughout Spain. But remember not to go outside the country.

Entry to Puerto Banús is possible after renting a special entry card. This is available at the time of booking for a rental fee of 100 €/day.

No, the nearest airport is located in Màlaga. The drive takes about 40 minutes (50 km). Please note that we can pick up and drop off your vehicle directly at the airport or in Marbella surroundings. The car will be waiting for you as soon as you land. In order to use it, please tick this option when making your reservation (chargeable service, 150 EUR).

Marbella and its surroundings are rich in public roadside parking lots. You can buy a ticket at a parking meter nearby. Due to the high car traffic in high season, we also recommend using the underground parking lots (paid).
